Order Notes

Please note that all transactions will be carried out in £GB. Once you have placed your order, confirmation will be sent to you via e-mail complete with Transaction and Order Reference numbers. Frocked Up monitor prices on a daily basis.

We will not be held responsible for pricing errors due to software mal-functions, or human error. This website operates on an 'invitation to treat' basis and not as an 'offer for sale' as a result, Frocked Up reserves the right to decline orders for bulk or high value purchases.

Please not that due to the limited nature of our stock, on occasion an order may be made that we cannot fulfill. In this case we will notify you as soon as possible and any chargest that have been made to your card will be refunded.

Delivery

You should receive your order within 4-7 days of purchase. For international orders please allow an extra 7 days.

If you're absolutely desperate to get hold of that special frock super-quick, then give us a call on 01527 579650 and Next Day Delivery can sometimes be arranged.

Returns Policy

We hope that you'll fall in love with your frock the minute you unpack it, however:

In accordance with the EU Distance Selling Directive, you are entitled to cancel your order at anytime within 7 days of receiving your goods. The cancellation period ends on the expiry of the period of 7 working days beginning with the day after the day on which the you received the goods. If you wish to cancel an order under these terms, first contact us and then return your products unopened within 7 days of receiving your parcel.

Should an item be unsuitable we will accept a return within 2 weeks as long as the item is returned in AS NEW, UNWORN condition. The cost of the item will be refunded to you in full.

To make a return please log into the site with your details and follow the returns proceedure, then parcel up your frock, clearly mark it with your returns number and send it back to us.
